Umberslade Adventure

by BecSorby (follow)
A family adventure centre with a number of fantastic outdoor activities on offer.

Tucked away in Hockley Heath sits Umberslade Adventure. This outdoor adventure centre has plenty of fantastic activities for families, including camping and ‘glamping’, nature trails, low ropes courses and a commando course. It is open during late July to early September and again for the October half term holidays.

The Umberslade Estate has been a staple of the local area since the late 19th century and has remained in the hands of the Muntz family since then. The aim of the contemporary Umberslade Adventure is twofold – to preserve and maintain the local woodland while welcoming and encouraging visitors to explore the area and develop their own knowledge and appreciation of the native plants and wildlife.

If you are looking for family activities in the next few weeks, here’s what’s on for families.
