A community hub offering activities for children in Selly Oak.

Selly Oak is now the home of TouchBase Pears, a new facility for the entire community to enjoy and to connect locals to other families. Created by national charity Sense, a national charity supporting people who are deafblind, have compound needs or sensory impairments, in leading independent lives.

TouchBase Pears also offers activities for with children of all abilities and welcomes families to come along and take part in messy play, sensory play, story time and more.

Sense supports people who are deafblind, and if you are interested in learning sign language, you can visit the centre and take part in British Sign Language finger spelling sessions.
