Have you heard about The Jungle Hut ? The Jungle Hut is primarily a unique education centre, party venue and gift shop. Darren the Jungle Ranger opens up The Jungle Hut to the public for a small donation, allowing visitors to handle various exotic animals in a safe environment.

What it’s all about

The Jungle Hut is a small, jungle-themed lodge that acts as a unique centre for education, party venue and gift shop. Darren the Jungle Ranger opens up the Jungle Hut to the public for a small donation, allowing visitors to handle various exotic animals in a safe environment. Just some of the animals housed at the hut include snakes, scorpions, lizards, giant snails, cockroaches, chameleons and even tarantulas!

The Jungle Hut is located at the Earlswood Lakes Craft Centre in Solihull.

Opening hours

The Jungle Hut has varying opening hours over weekends, so the best thing to do is get in touch with them directly via their Facebook page or give them a call. They are not always open to the public due to private bookings, parties and various educational displays.



Visitors are also advised to book at least 24 hours before the intended visit, so the Jungle Range can give you his full attention on the one-hour, guided Jungle Hut tour!

Cost: £3 for adults and £3 for children aged over 2 years. Children under 2 years are free to enter.
