Sleep Workshop at Alcester Children's Centre
Sleep issues are common for children and young people and can have a huge impact on the quality of family life. This two-hour interactive workshop looks at the importance of sleep, understanding of sleep science, causes of sleep issues and strategies to help.
This session will be delivered by two of Warwickshire's parent programme facilitators who have been trained to a high standard by The National Sleep Charity.
This workshop is suitable for parents/carers whose children are aged 1 years but we regret that due to a limit on numbers of attendees we are unable to accommodate children in the session. We hope that you can find childcare in order to attend the session. If this is difficult, please consider attending one of our online virtual workshops.
