Whether you want to increase your confidence, feel safer in your surrounds or just be prepared, self-defence is a handy skill to learn. A self-defence course can provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to defend yourself in a situation of hostility (although we hope you never have to use them.) Martial arts training can also be a great way to keep in shape and have some fun.
Teaches the ‘DNA Fight System’ – a program that concentrates on developing practical resolutions to street altercations.
This program is also a fitness regime taught through fun classes.

The primary focus of Krav Maga is on teaching the safe, effective and lawful application of what is, after all, a potentially lethal set of techniques and principles.
Krav Maga and is made up of a range of techniques and responses to a wide variety of attacks (armed or unarmed) and from various positions (upright, seated, lying down). All our sessions are safe and controlled and as a result of your self defence training you can expect to get fitter, stronger and more flexible.

No experience needed – you will learn self defence movements, footwork and how to scan the area.

The Birmingham Crochet Club meets fortnightly to learn crochet, meet other Birmingham mums, and have a good chat. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to come along!
