Taking place on the second Saturday of each month, this event lets you waltz into the museum at 9am, a whole hour before the rest of the world rolls out of bed and crowds the place. While you're there, you can enjoy some modified exhibits and the optional treat of an Autism Friendly planetarium show. It's the sort of peaceful exploration you didn't know you needed, featuring a sound-muted environment until the clock strikes 11.

And don't worry about noise levels – we've got that sorted. Ear defenders and sensory maps are ready to greet you at the door, and if you need to sneak away to a quiet space, just give us a shout. This gathering is perfect for everyone, from autistic adults to tiny explorers, along with any pals, family members, or personal assistants who fancy joining in on the adventure.
