A fantastic wildlife centre with activities for the whole family
is the ultimate destination for animal lovers and families alike. Located around 45 minutes drive from the Birmingham City Centre, Hoo Farm is home to a range of local and international species including big cats, birds, lemurs, wallabies and reptiles.
Hoo Farm presents an opportunity for children and families to meet and feed a large range animals, plus take part in animal keeper experiences. Here is what you can do at Hoo Farm.

Animal Experiences
Animal Feeding – see the daily feeding timetable here .
You can purchase animal feed from the shop for £1 per bag.
Badger Watching at the Badger Hide
Lemur Forest – walk among the lemurs in their home! Here you will also find llamas, ostriches and emus, plus other animals.
African and Eurasian Adventure – come and see a variety of animals including the serval, caracal, meerkats and Scottish wildcat.
Wallaby Woods – meet these cute and friendly Australian marsupials!
Rivers, Rainforests and Deserts – see the Gila Monster, possums, snapping turtle and a range of snakes.

Be A Keeper For The Day
The exciting
Keeper for a Day experiences are offered to children aged 10 and over. Participants can get up close and personal to a number of animals, take part in feeding or cleaning, and lunch is included.
For younger children, there is also a half day program available for kids aged 6 and over and is 3 hours long.
Activities For Children
Pedal Go-Karts – pedal karts and battery powered tractors, plus quad bikes, are available for hire.
Indoor play area – includes the indoor, soft play area and air hockey!
Outdoor play area – Hoo Farm also has an outdoor play area.

Animal Adoption Program
Hoo Farm has a number of animals available for adoption. These include servals, caracals, lemurs, meerkats, owls and even hedgehogs. Adoption is for one year, and includes a certificate of adoption, a soft toy, fact sheet, car sticker, pen and pad and a day pass for the adopter. You can learn more

Birthday Parties
If your child loves the animals at Hoo Farm, the centre can organise a birthday party from £10.99, which includes admission to the farm, a birthday tea, two animal meeting experiences and a free bag of animal feed.
Other party options include Craft Party for £14 per child, Animal Man Party for £15 per child and the Build Your Own Bear party for £25 per child. You can read more

Cost of entry: £8.95 for adults, £7.95 for children aged 2 to 15 years, £8.45 for seniors and £7.95 for concessions. Children under 2 are free.
