The Hippodrome foyers will be buzzing with an indoor market for all your Christmas gift needs, seasonal food and drink, performances by local musicians and choirs, as well as festive storytelling, face painting and make take decoration workshops (3 each).

Join us to see the house decorated in the traditional Edwardian style, listen to stories by the fire, take part in a trail around the house and make a wish while stirring the Christmas pudding.

Create Christmas themed printed artworks using a range of holiday stencils.

Children and adults alike can join the fun-filled search for him alongside the Museums festive costumed guides for an unforgettable Christmas experience.

Bring the kids to visit Santa himself as well as his elves and receive a free gift too.

Kids aged 6 - 11 can participate in a range of craft activities where they will learn new skills and have fun at the same time.

Join us on our traditional winter walk around the reserve.

The family will enjoy singing along to well known Christmas songs.

Live music, a 25 foot Christmas Tree, turkey baps, roasted chestnuts & hot toddies.
