Family Activities at the Lapworth Museum of Geology

The Lapworth Museum has one of the UKs most outstanding geological collections. They have more than just rocks and fossils, there's volcanoes, earthquakes and even dinosaurs complete with a range of innovative and interactive exhibits. And it's all FREE!

The museum has some really great fun activities for the kids and whole family. Take a look at what's coming up:

Parking is free of charge to all visitors on campus during the weekend and all visitors will be allowed access to the University campus in order to park

Blossom offers pre and post-natal yoga classes in Birmingham, where not only will you enjoy feeling more relaxed and confident, but you'll also learn something new, have fun and meet other mums.
The youngsters can pay tribute to the animal heroes they learn about by making their own animal finger puppet, or they can also pay special recognition to their own pets by designing and creating a special salt dough animal hero medal.

From fun swimming pool sessions with a giant inflatable, and coaching in sports such as badminton and trampolining, right through to making a kite there is so much for the kids to choose from.
