Getting your fitness back after you have had a baby is no easy feat. Not only has your body been through the major trauma of birth, but there is obviously now a baby to look after! Once you are ready to get back into gentle exercise following the birth, you may want to look into baby and child-friendly fitness classes, or try a gym that has a crèche.
