Bringing together awesome mummies and babies through yoga!

Blossom offers pre and post-natal yoga classes in Birmingham, where not only will you enjoy feeling more relaxed and confident, but you'll also learn something new, have fun and meet other mums.

These classes are a really lovely way to get to know other mums better, as you have the opportunity to chat outside of the class too. Blossom is building a supporting motherhood network, one fabulous mum at a time!

Baby massage is a gentle way to ease yourself into coming out of the house with your little one for the first time and meeting other mums.

It's a very relaxed class that focuses specifically on your baby rather than you, but it does give you the opportunity to switch off from the outside world for 45 minutes. Read more details here.

Mum and Baby Yoga is really yoga for us mums. Itís a warm, welcoming space to return to your yoga practice to start something new with your baby.

The classes are designed to tone your key body areas postnatal. These are your tummy, your pelvic floor and your lower back. Read more details here.

This class consists of moments of tranquillity, closely followed by chaotic fun! Thatís what happens when you combine gorgeous toddling little people with mummies on yoga mats! Read more details here.

Blossom classes share a biscuit and conversation at the end of each class, where you can chat about everything and nothing, overshare and ask all those silly questions that are never really that silly. You will learn a lot!
