Any mum friend out there?

Hi I've moved from a town to Birmingham city and have a little boy who is one, I'm struggling to find places to go in Birmingham with a 1-year-old, also does anyone know of any mum groups (I'm 21)that I could potentially go to as my little boy needs a friend & would be nice to get out and socialize as don't know anyone from here, Thanks in advance.
