If you are anything like me, you do not need an excuse to enjoy a spot of afternoon tea, but it is a fantastic way to get a group of friends together, celebrate a birthday or hen’s do, or enjoy a few hours away from the kids.

Birmingham has a huge number of venues all over the city that offer afternoon tea and there is something for every taste and budget. Here is just a snapshot of the cafes and restaurants with afternoon tea on the menu.
